Having transitioned into the role of Connections Pastor after serving as the Administrative Assistant since 2020, Natalie is deeply passionate about encouraging and supporting individuals in their walk with Christ. In this new role, Natalie oversees small groups and assimilation, as well as plays an active part in pastoral care, ensuring that people feel connected and supported both in their spiritual walk and within the church community.

A graduate of Ohio Christian University, Natalie holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership and Ministry. With a heart for helping people grow deeper in intimacy with Christ, she is committed to fostering an environment where everyone can feel supported and connected.

Outside of ministry, Natalie is happily married to Drew, and together they have a blended family with two beautiful daughters, Abagale and Adalia. The family enjoys staying active, whether it's running, hiking, kayaking, or anything that brings them outdoors to enjoy God's creation.
